Food & Beverage

Foundational to creating a catalyst for sustainable tourism growth is the ability to provide quality food and drinks 7-days a week, breakfast through to dinner. To facilitate this, we acquire local commercial assets on a unique community-owned model and install local operators.

Accomodation

We believe there is a gap in the market for a new accommodation product catering specifically to the mid/long-stay visitor segments in rural towns.

KŌMU Pods are designed and individually hand-built in the Hunter Valley. Each pod is created in our workshop around the belief that we all have a responsibility to our environment. Prefabricated & modular, allowing for quick deployment and offsite refurbishment. They have full off-grid capabilities including solar, rainwater collection, waste management and satellite-cellular wifi. Mounted on stilt fixtures, our pods are non-permanent and low impact.
